From YepRoc.com:

Yep Roc Records is excited to announce the signing of Amy Helm. Helm will release her second full length solo album, produced by renowned producer and singer songwriter Joe Henry, later this year. Helm’s most recent album, Didn’t It Rain, debuted in 2015 and established her as “one of Americana’s most impassioned, soul-stirring singers,” [RollingStone].

Before beginning her solo career, Amy had already won widespread praise as a singer, songwriter and live performer, first as a member of the celebrated alt-country collective Ollabelle and subsequently for her extensive work with her father, musical icon Levon Helm (of The Band), and her mother, famed singer-songwriter Libby Titus. Along the way, Amy has collaborated with luminaries such as Rosanne Cash, Natalie Merchant, Joan Osborne, Mercury Rev, William Bell and more, and toured with the likes of Elvis Costello, Mavis Staples, Tedeschi Trucks Band, and Amos Lee.

Born and raised in Woodstock, NY, where she lives to this day, Amy is also the owner and operator of Levon Helm Studios, a premier destination music venue, recording studio, and home of Levon’s storied Midnight Rambles.
